As part of our commitment to excellence, our events team works closely with you on planning and coordination to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Events can also be tailored to coincide with live polo matches or tournaments, offering guests an unforgettable atmosphere.

Booking Process

1. Download the Event Booking Form here.
2. Submit the completed form in person or via email to the Club Manager at the Accra Polo Club.
3. The club will review your request and confirm availability within 48 hours of submission.
4. We encourage early planning, especially during the peak polo season or weekends, as availability is limited.

Important Notes

• As a private members' club located near residential accommodations, please note that events are subject to strict guidelines on noise levels and end times.
• Outdoor music and amplified sound must be managed in line with club rules.
• The club reserves the right to decline or suggest adjustments to events that may disrupt members or residents.
